Periodic batch qty’s of racks requiring specialist food grade cleaning and repair will be returned in pristine condition. Stainless Steel casters with high temperature phenolic resin wheels are the only way to go for baking rack casters. Stainless casters will not rust regardless of the conditions in which they operate. In addition, the swivel ball bearings and swivel channel are also made of stainless steel. They require no maintenance or lubrication. High temperature phenolic resin wheels are rated for -40 degrees to +550 degrees Fahrenheit. They are rated good or optimum in environments of salt water, hydrogen peroxide, petrol and steam. High temperature, rubber tyre swivel caster designed especially for baking oven racks. Handles temperatures up to 485 degrees Fahrenheit. Glides easily and smoothly over tile, brick, ad rough concrete floors. Stainless steel caster brackets do not rust, squeak, or lock up. Provides years of maintenance-free, trouble-free service.
